Delivery Every order is tracked from our door to yours. We dispatch within 0–1 business days and email your tracking link as soon as it ships.
UK: 6–12 business days US: 8–14 business days
Returns If your pair isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Send us a message through our Help Centre and our team will guide you through each step. Shoes should be unworn and in their original packaging. For standard returns, return postage and a 15% restocking fee apply. Our promise If we send the wrong item or size, or anything arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return and refund you in full, with no fees.

Absolutely love these flip flops. So very comfortable. I bought them for recovery after bunion surgery and they have been an excellent choice!
They give me support under my feet and the strap doesn't irritate the sensitive scar area.
The reviews on Instagram were bad, saying the company was fake and no customer services and no order had been received etc, but these came earlier than anticipated and customer services communication was brilliant. All in all very happy.

Absolutely love both pairs of my flip flops.
I’ve just had bunion surgery so needed something supportive under the foot but also a strap that didnt irritate the side of my foot and these did both!
After ordering them I looked at reviews online (I know I should have done that before ordering) and the reviews were terrible….people saying they hadn’t received the order or that customer services didn't reply and that the company was a fake company etc, but I have honestly had brilliant communication with customer services and the flip flops arrived earlier than anticipated. I honestly can’t fault Marley shoes at all.
Just what I wanted - lightweight, wide, comfortable. The only down side is they don't have a lot of tread as I do a lot of walking but we'll see how it goes.
